There’s a new bakery in town serving up delicious morsels in west Little Rock. A small, beloved chain, Nothing Bundt Cakes specializes in just that — bundt cakes. But they’re not your grandmother’s bundt cakes. (unless your grandmother made mouthwatering bundt cakes.)
Founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz joined forces in 1997 to help make cakes to entertain their friends and family. The cakes they made were a hit. They quickly noticed there was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn’t compromise on ingredients.
Now with bakeries all over the country, the Little Rock location officially opened to the public this week. Visitors will find bundt cakes in various sizes as well as single-serving bundtlets and cupcake-like bundtinis with signature frosting or drizzled for those wanting a lighter frosting option.
To celebrate the occasion, Nothing Bundt Cakes has set up the grand opening week to benefit Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Stop in for a sweet treat through July 30 and 20 percent of your purchase will go to ACH.
Visit Nothing Bundt Cakes at 12312 Chenal Parkway, open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
