New Tenants Coming to Arcade Building in River Market

The Arcade Building in the River Market is getting some new tenants.

Kilwins Chocolates and Ice Cream, and Barakat Bespoke have leased space and will open up shop sometime this summer. No date was given for store openings.

Kilwins is taking the space on the corner, adjacent to the pedestrian alley to the Ron Robinson Theatre.

“Kilwins offers that nostalgic experience of watching fresh chocolate, fudge, corns, caramel apples, brittle, shakes, sundaes, gourmet coffee, smoothies and specialty drinks made fresh in front of your eyes and with many local ingredients,” Leroy DuBre, owner of the franchise location, said in the news release.

The River Market franchise location will be the first of its kind in the state, DuBre said.

Barakat Bespoke is a gentleman’s boutique that offers custom clothing while combining the classic and contemporary styles. The store will feature men’s wear, grooming products, jewelry and accessories.

The Arcade Building, right in the middle of the River Market District, is home to Cache Restaurant, The Ron Robinson Theatre, the Clinton School of Public Service and the Little Rock Film Festival.
