Who’s hungry?
Natural Grocers, a brand new grocery store, is opening up shop in Little Rock, as reported by our sister publication, Arkansas Business. Located at 9210 Rodney Parham Road, the 1.55-acre site is located near U.S. Pizza, and was formerly home to Fu Xing Asian Buffet.
Founded in 1955, the company operates 107 stores in 18 states, offering USDA Certified Organic fresh produce and a mix of national brands and “locally grown, raised and manufactured products from Arkansas.”
This marks the natural and organic groceries and dietary supplements retailer’s second Arkansas store after opening its first last year in Fayetteville. The store will be open seven days a week, and will also offer free nutrition classes, cooking demos and health coaching.
Natural Grocers will officially open its doors on Tuesday, Jan. 19, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:55 a.m. Learn more about the store on their website, and keep an eye out for grand opening festivities by following them on Facebook.
