The Arkansas chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals held its 2021 National Philanthropy Day awards luncheon at Embassy Suites. Among the honorees were Cynthia VanWinkle for the President’s Award, Shelia Vaught for the Lifetime Achievement Award and T.J. and Cindy Boyle as Outstanding Philanthropists.
