After closing to the public for seven months of renovations and repairs, downtown’s Museum of Discovery gave a sneak peek to members before opening to the public in August. A burst pipe from the historic winter storm in February caused millions of dollars of damages, and attendees were among the first to see new exhibits and the return of some old favorites.
