It’s finally happening. Mugs Café is opening its new location in The Heights this weekend.
The Argenta coffee shop announced in May it was bringing its beloved java and eats to the corner of Kavanaugh and Pierce, the space recently vacated by Starbucks, leaving the neighborhood with a serious lack of caffeine.
After months of little news (especially after missing the projected mid-July opening date), Mugs just announced it will open to the public on Saturday, Dec. 14.

Guests can expect everything they love from the OG Mugs menu — including their fan-favorite pancakes — at the new Heights location.
No word on shop hours just yet, but we’ll update this post when we have confirmation. Bottom line: Be there on Saturday.

Update: Hours of operation are 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday-Friday and 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Saturday.
