P.A.R.K. does incredible work. I would like to see more people invest in local education foundations. Through my school board service, I see the need for scholarships and technical training. They really need our help.
HOW I UNPLUG AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK
I spend time with my teenage daughter, learning the latest slang and embarrassing her with it. It keeps me connected, makes us laugh and even helps me relate to younger teammates.
BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED
“You’re going to have to trust me. Leaders find a way to lead.” When asked to move to Missouri, I left my comfort zone, winning team and customer base behind. It taught me to trust, take risks and embrace change.
