HOW I KNEW THIS WAS MY PASSION
When I was a teenager, I had an older friend who went through bankruptcy. I realized how much I cared about trying to help people better themselves financially.
NONPROFIT I WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT
UrbanPromise Arkansas. Being from Lonoke, you learn quickly that being from a smaller, rural town can create an extra hurdle to opportunity. UrbanPromise serves at-risk children who have various hurdles in their pathway to opportunity.
BEST CAREER MOMENT SO FAR
Moving to North Little Rock in 2010. At the time, the bank I worked for was the only bank headquartered in North Little Rock and it opened the door for me to form many key local relationships.
ONE THING I WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT MY COMPANY
We have so many good people who care deeply about our customers and the communities we serve. Sometimes the work is fun, other times it is hard and challenging, but the people are awesome.
WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK TO MY JOB EVERY DAY
The customers. There’s only one reason why I do what I do, and that is to serve our customers and hopefully assist them with improving their financial position one day at a time.
