Owner, Full Out Barre
ONE THING I WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT MY COMPANY
My wife Lydia and I see Full Out Barre as more than a fitness studio. It is a “third space” where people gather, connect and belong. We are building community, not just classes.
MY FIRST JOB AND WHAT IT TAUGHT ME
Picking up trash for a lawn service in my hometown. It taught me there are no small tasks. Every role matters, and leadership begins with respecting the value of each contribution.
ONE PRACTICE I USE TO MAINTAIN MY MENTAL HEALTH
I reset daily by playing with my 1-year-old son. That time grounds me, brings joy and reminds me not to take life too seriously while focusing on what matters most. This helps me nurture my inner child.
BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” The most lasting impact I have made has always come through collective effort and collaboration.
WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK TO MY JOB EVERY DAY
As an attorney, consultant and business owner, I am driven by a passion for building communities where people thrive. Each day I work to create stronger, more connected and more inclusive spaces.
