Landing the builder’s risk insurance for the new $60-million Alltel Arena in 1999 when I was just 35 years old. It really launched my career in many ways.

In 2016, I had an opportunity to get out of this industry, but I didn’t. I got right back in. Helping people is my passion. I love building up our Arkansas team.

Helping my clients navigate this difficult insurance environment, but mainly it’s to do all I can for our 130 professionals in Arkansas to make sure they are glad they joined us.

MY FIRST JOB AND WHAT IT TAUGHT ME
A busboy at the “new” Hilton Inn on University Avenue in the summer of 1978. It taught me how hard it was to earn a dollar and how to deal with and get along with people in the workplace.
