Men on a Mission 2023: Rush “Buddy” Harding IV

HOW I KNEW THIS WAS MY PASSION
With a sports background, I fell in love with this business almost immediately because of the challenges and competition it brings daily. And each day, keeping that team mindset: We work together as one throughout the day.

MY FIRST JOB AND WHAT IT TAUGHT ME
I was fortunate to work with the best in the industry, my dad. I watched him live out what he preached. Treat others better than you want to be treated, always do what is right no matter the consequences and he has an unmatched work ethic.

WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK TO MY JOB EVERY DAY
The excitement to compete every day. I view competition and adversity as an opportunity to find a solution and get better. I want to honor my family, honor my craft by outworking everyone and be the best that’s ever done it.

BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Success does not happen in your comfort zone. Push through your own perceived limits and don’t worry about what others think.

WHAT KEEPS ME MOTIVATED
I’ve been told I’m not talented enough my entire life. My motivation is proving people wrong. When I’m doubted, I turn it into fuel and accomplish everything they said I couldn’t do.
