Arkansas C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors). They do amazing work helping rebuild the lives of families and co-workers after tragedy strikes. My mother made this her legacy years after we lost my father in the line of duty.
ONE PRACTICE I USE TO MAINTAIN MY MENTAL HEALTH
Learning to say no has been extremely helpful in maintaining my mental health. Saying no gives me more opportunities to say yes to the things that matter most.
