Camp Aldersgate is the Hundred Acre Wood of Little Rock. It’s a summer camp where children of all abilities can enjoy nature in a safe and fun environment. I volunteered there as a high schooler and it changed my outlook forever.

Perfection is the enemy of progress. Anytime I’m against a wall, I take a step back to recognize how far I’ve come and then do what it takes to recharge – be that playtime with my boys or a nap.
