My first job was at Pizza Hut back in England when I was 16. Customer service work taught me the value of discipline, work ethic, authentic customer interaction and the need for efficient, yet, intentional connection and communication.
WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK TO MY JOB EVERY DAY
Authentic, meaningful relationships with people. I am passionate in forming genuine relationships with students, constituents and the greater central Arkansas community. I have an unwavering desire for our entire school to make an eternal impact in God’s kingdom.
BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED
Ensure all decisions are missional. If you really believe in your organization’s mission, then all decisions should reflect that. Furthermore, pressure is a privilege. God prepares leaders to face the pressures that inevitably come and the stress provides crucial perspective.

At CAC we are family. We strive to promote an authentic, encouraging and inclusive educational environment with a missional approach. We are a school that desires to provide a distinctive Christian education while fostering independence and academic excellence.
BIGGEST CHALLENGES IN MY CAREER
Balance. Navigating the pandemic while welcoming our first child and finishing my doctorate was a challenge. The pressures to be the best husband and father while keeping school open and safe, providing a top-quality program and passing classes was intense.
