I’m tasked with growing and scaling a large department, while not losing the quality of service and relationships with our customers and also our internal teams. I am constantly focused on how to maintain the right balance.

WHAT KEEPS ME MOTIVATED:
Family. My parents came to Little Rock in 1979 without much to their name, which showed me the importance of hard work. Now I have two sons for whom I strive to be an example in the way my parents were.
