››Why did you choose to get into financial advising?
Money has always fascinated me. I went to work in this industry right out of college and found the investment world to be very exhilarating. There was so much to learn and I love a challenge. Later on, I realized how money impacted people’s lives, good and bad. I wanted to help people overcome their fear of money and plan for the future.
››What sets yours apart from other firms?

We not only offer a wide range of investment services and expertise, we also provide our clients the full financial support, from banking to trust to insurance, needed to better help them meet their goals and achieve their dreams. At Delta Trust Investments, we care about our clients and our team is committed to helping them succeed.
››What do you like best about your job?
I think this business gets in your blood…you either love it or hate it. I happen to love it, and can’t imagine doing anything else. Every day is a new day and you are immersed in the financial pulse of the world. Helping my clients achieve financial security is the true reward. Keeping people on track and not letting their emotions derail them.
››Do you have a niche clientele?
The majority of my clients are age 40 and up. They tend to be small business owners, professionals and retirees. I also help businesses with their retirement plans, and employee and executive benefit programs.
››What makes your customer service outstanding?
My practice is very hands on. It is much more than constructing an investment portfolio and checking in twice a year. My clients are more like family; their goals and dreams are very important to me. Through the market’s ups and downs, I’m committed to being there to best support each client’s financial needs. Also, I am very analytical and detail oriented, which makes me well suited as an advisor. At the end of the day, I want my clients to depend on me to take care of their financial lives.
››What’s your investment philosophy?
My investment philosophy is simple. I categorize money into different jobs. Once we figure out the goal for a particular piece of money, we set our plan in place and stick to our plan. Consistency is crucial. The earlier you start on any investment plan, the more successful you will be.
Best financial advice you’ve ever been given?
The best financial advice I have ever been given was from my father. He taught me from a very early age to always save a portion of your income.
