New year, new coffee shop. We’re counting down the days until East Village’s newest coffee shop, Fidel & Co., opens this January.
From the sneak peeks we’ve seen on Instagram, Fidel & Co. will be a gathering place for all those looking for a cozy spot to get some work done or chat with friends over a delicious pour-over.
Local artist, Guy Bell, has decorated the outside of the building with a cool mural that was inspired by a photograph taken by Jorge Raul Rivera outside of Finca Santa Rosa in El Salvador. Rivera is a Fidel & Co. business partner and also the owner of Finca Santa Rosa.
In the meantime, we’ll be keeping an eye on their Instagram as they continue to post behind-the-scenes photos before the big opening in January. You can follow along here or on Facebook.
