Downtown Little Rock is about to get another shade of creative.
Capitol View Studio LLC is a brand new multi-purpose creative space located at 120 S. Cross St. The location offers approximately 2,300 square feet of event, art and performance space, including a full-scale professional recording studio.
With lots of natural light, an in-house PA system and a lounge area with multimedia capabilities, Capitol View hopes to become a regular host for receptions, meetings, concerts, workshops, film screenings and more.
By day, the studio also serves as headquarters for the Arkansas Music and Arts Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is “to advocate the importance of visual arts, music and filmmaking in Arkansas.”
After hosting a sold-out show/soft opening featuring ‘90s rock band The Posies on Sept. 29, Capitol View has a grand opening bash in the works for later this season.
