Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on March 16 with a colorful, family-friendly run through North Little Rock
Race participants can choose from the family fun run, a challenging 2.7-mile route with views of downtown Little Rock and historic homes, or the mini-mile route, a one-mile, up-and-back run on the Levy Trail that’s great for little ones.
If you’re not recovered from the Little Rock Marathon quite yet, there will also be an indoor wellness and vendor fair from 8-11 a.m. with local health-related businesses and nonprofit organizations providing education about health and wellness topics.
The event begins at Levy Baptist Church. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. The family run kicks off at 8:30 a.m. and the mini-mile starts at 9:30 a.m.
Prizes will be awarded to the best race day photo posted to Facebook using the event hashtag #nlrfunrun. Prizes include a Fitbit Charge 2, Fit2Live program and a No Boundaries training program for the Firecracker Fast 5K.
Day-of registration will be available through the Eventbrite page or on-site. All proceeds from the event will benefit the North Little Rock JumpStart Coalition for use in future community events. For more info, head to the Facebook event page.
