Lulav Reopens Under New Owner and Menu

An update from the downtown restaurant scene!

Little Rock restaurant Lulav has reopened under new ownership and debuts a new menu, according to manager Mel Booth.

Booth tells Little Rock Soirée, new owner Herman Lewis reopened the downtown eatery last week after it closed temporarily to make a few updates to the space, which includes a new look for the bar and “a new overall set up” for the restaurant, and a new menu.

The brand-new menu features dishes such as sea bass with rosemary chard butter sauce and an 8-ounce filet with mushrooms and cabernet sauce – both served alongside garlic mashed potatoes. (We’ll be right over). Every season, the eatery will also feature various drink specials, including a permanent $3 infused vodka martini. On the menu right now: mixed berry, strawberry and pineapple infused vodka.

The restaurant will serve lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday; dinner will be served from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Lulav initially opened in 2004 at 220 W. Sixth St. in downtown Little Rock. It started as a kosher restaurant, morphed into one serving a varied American menu, switched to Italian fare, then became known as Cellar 220, and is now branding itself as a fine dining modern eatery back under the original name, Lulav.
