Little Rock Yoga Festival Returns to Wildwood Park for the Arts

Make plans to unwind, reset and relax after this long summer.

The Little Rock Yoga Festival returns to Wildwood Park for the Arts this fall. Set to take place on Sunday, Oct. 6, the fourth annual wellness event focuses on unity, growth and exploration for all Natural State dwellers.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned pro, you won’t want to miss out on the fun alongside like-minded individuals. There will be food trucks, meaningful discussions, group hikes, meditations, music and social gatherings throughout the day.

Led by local yogis, the festival will have something for everyone and will provide an opportunity to exercise your physical health while recharging your mental and spiritual health. A full lineup of events and classes can be found here.
