“Empowering Narratives: Unveiling Hidden Stories of Resilience and Achievements” at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center // Hosted by the Black History Commission of Arkansas and the Arkansas State Archives, this half-day event is designed to shine a light on the long-overlooked contributions of Black Arkansans.
