We’re going to label this one as a W.
Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar, the restaurant brand co-owned by New Orleans Saints superstar Drew Brees, just announced plans to open five new locations in Arkansas, anticipating three to open in the Little Rock metro alone.
With its signature Louisiana-style menuand “game-day atmosphere,” the growing family-friendly sports bar chain has become a favorite for all types with dishes like the oyster po’boy, duck and andouille gumbo, Krispy Kreme bread pudding, smoked gouda turkey burger and the “Cajundilla.”
The expansion is part of a move to take over the southeast region with locations opening in six states, including two planned for northwest Arkansas.
“Walk-On’s is an amazing brand, which is why we are on a mission to bring it to as many different cities as we can,” restaurateur Chris McJunkins said, who’s teaming up with co-founder and owner Brandon Landry on the Arkansas expansion. “Walk-On’s is more than your traditional sports bar. Everything about the brand is superior – our incredible Louisiana-style food, our wide array of cocktails and craft beers, the family-friendly sports atmosphere and our commitment to outstanding customer service. We can’t wait to introduce Walk-On’s to everyone in Little Rock and northwest Arkansas.”
There are currently no set locations or opening dates for the Little Rock restaurants, but keep an eye on our site for updates on all things Walk-On’s.
