We always knew we had top notch talent here in Little Rock. We were just waiting on the rest of the world to pick up on it.
The team at Rue Magazine, a national lifestyle magazine based out of San Francisco, recently caught wind of Little Rock interior designer Tobi Fairley and featured one of her designs in their January edition.
As part of their annual color issue, Rue included Fairley’s stunning transformation of Emily and Brad Canada’s Little Rock penthouse. With giant, sapphire blue upholstered doors, snakeskin walls and bright yellow chairs, it’s no wonder the space caught the magazine’s eye.
“I’m a bit more traditional, and the Canadas are a little edgier, so I loved pushing the envelope with sleek materials like fur and smoked mirror,” Fairley told Rue.
But that’s all we’re giving away. Words cannot do this place justice. Do your eyes a favor head over to the digital edition of Rue’s color issue and see the whole penthouse in all its glory. Photographer Nancy Nolan did an incredible job of capturing Fairley’s work and we just can’t stop staring.
