It’s that time of the month again when the super-fun adult “Science After Dark” gets underway at the Museum of Discovery, 500 President Clinton Ave., Ste. 150, Little Rock.
From 6-8 p.m. tonight (Feb. 26), the monthly event will focus on the science of passion. Enjoy chocolate and cheeses and wine with Jay Bruno and learn the physiology of passion and arousal; aphrodisiacs (explore the myths and facts behind aphrodisiacs, as well as anaphrodisiacs); heart dissection; circuit bloxxx; love and robots with I-MOD, the museum’s robot; and check out a screening of “Green Porno” in the theater– a film series by Isabella Rosselini that explores the mating habits of the animal kingdom through performance art.
“Science after Dark” takes over the museum the last Wednesday of each month. Educators at the museum pick a cool science-related topic and develop an interactive program for adults 21 years and older. The museum will be open.
A cash bar is available.
General admission is $5 per person. All Museum of Discovery members get in free.
