Only a few days remain until the Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium returns to Little Rock, and the countdown is on for would-be attendees to secure their seat at the table.
The seventh annual half-day symposium will take place on Thursday, May 8, at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock, offering networking and professional development opportunities through insightful speakers, panel discussions and in-depth workshops.
Guests will hear from keynote speakers Candace Doby and Michelle Anne Johnson and have their choice of breakout sessions following the executive, entrepreneur or leading ladies tracks. New this year are optional add-on workshops that will take place after the core SWLS schedule wraps up.

Before Thursday’s activities, the popular VIP night will also return on Wednesday, May 7, this time hosted at the Design1 Showroom on Colonel Glenn Road, complete with food, drinks and lots of networking before the big day.
“The messaging from our keynotes, our women’s wellness panel and the roster of local speakers and panelists this year is so strong, and topping off the day with our new workshops is just icing on the cake for attendees who want to take a deep dive into relevant workplace challenges,” says Mandy Richardson, symposium founder and publisher of Little Rock Soirée magazine.
“I really think this year’s content might be the strongest we’ve put together. We know the importance of investing in ourselves and our current talent, and this year’s SWLS event is going to offer more than ever before.”
