If you haven’t had a chance to check out the Arkansas Arts Center’s latest exhibit, “Our America: The Latino Presence in American Art,” time is running out.
The exhibit will close on Jan. 17.
On loan from the Smithsonian American Art Musueum, the exhibition includes works by 72 modern and contemporary artists who participated in all the various artistic styles and movements, including abstract expressionism; activist, conceptual and performance art; and classic American genres such as landscape, portraiture and scenes of everyday life.
The AAC will hold special holiday hours on the following days: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24; Closed on Dec. 25; 10 a.m-2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31 and it will be closed Friday, Jan. 1.
