When most central Arkansans rattle off a list of the best places to grab a bite to eat, that list probably includes the likes of Big Orange, Local Lime, Lost Forty Brewing and ZaZa. What many of them might not know is that they all belong to the same restaurant group, Yellow Rocket Concepts.

From the menus to the Instagram posts to particular atmospheres, each of these eateries offers an exclusive experience all its own, but there’s one thing they all have in common.
“We are chef-driven,” McDonough told AB. “You know, I think that’s the most unique part of our restaurant group. It all matters. The customer service matters, the location, the décor. But I think we’re chef-driven first and foremost, so our food quality is our calling card.”
