Arkansas artists were celebrated during the 40th annual Individual Artist Fellowship Awards Celebration. Hosted by the Arkansas Arts Council at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, the event recognized 16 outstanding creatives and featured live music, dancing, poetry readings, artist exhibitions, food, drinks, giveaways and more.
