The Invitation

The Toast
Champagne or sparkling wine is the perfect choice. For a special touch, consider designing your own label with a 25-year anniversary message. A special bottle tag will achieve the same effect, and may be removed and kept as a souvenir.

Pro tip: For large events, think about tasty salads and dips and other dishes that are easy, can be made in large batches and go a long way.
The Cocktails
Silver Jubilee
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
- 3/4 oz. 99 Bananas liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz. cream
Instructions:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
Silver Fizz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Citadelle Gin
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. super-fine sugar
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
Shake furiously with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker, then strain into a Collins glass and fill up with cold club soda or seltzer. Serve with a stirring rod.
Silver Star
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Tito’s Vodka
- 1/2 oz. apricot brandy
- 1.2 oz. bitters Campari (may substitute Angostura)
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
Combine vodka, apricot brandy, Campari, both juices and the egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange and serve.
Silver Mine
Ingredients:
- 6-8 quarters fresh lime
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz. Herradura Blanco Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
Instructions:
In a shaker, add the first three ingredients and muddle together. Fill the shaker with ice. Add tequila and Cointreau and shake vigorously. Serve in a highball glass with a salted rim.
