AR Kids Read held an event at Hall High School that was part-basketball camp, part-“basketball-themed literacy celebration.” NBA Golden State Warrior and Little Rock native Moses Moody led kids through basketball drills and helped distribute 765 books while sharing the message “real ballers read.” The camp hosted 175 kids from Brandon House, Jacksonville Boys and Girls Club, Life Skills for Youth, Mamas Unidas, Our House and Urban Promise.
