Pull out the planners, soccer fans. The Little Rock Rangers, our city’s official soccer team, is gearing up for a full 2017 season with a new schedule.
The Rangers will return to their home field at War Memorial Stadium as part of the new National Premier Soccer League Heartland Conference, a new structure that resulted from the Rangers’ former South Central Conference splitting to accommodate growing numbers.
The 2017 season has 16 matches, not including playoffs. Here’s a look at when the Rangers are coming home to War Memorial.
- March 16 – Barton Community College
- April 14 – Rafters Football Club
- April 30 – Memphis City Football Club
- May 20 – Demize NPSL
- May 26 – Liverpool Warriors Football Club
- June 10 – Tulsa Athletic
- June 17 – Wichita Football Club
- July 1 – Ozarks Football Club
