The American Heart Association of Arkansas celebrated its signature black-tie ball at the Statehouse Convention Center. Natalie and Jason Ghidotti were this year’s event co-chairs, where guests and supporters of AHA enjoyed a seated dinner, dancing and auctions. Cori Keller and her father Lynn Keller were the recipients of this year’s Worthen-Cornett Award, and Kelcy Barger was the featured Open Your Heart survivor. Each year, the Heart Ball recognizes the association’s year-round efforts to promote health equity in central Arkansas, raises funds to fight heart disease and marks the culmination of its Sweetheart program.
