I hope to focus on law and politics as my career choice, with a particular focus on the areas of prison reform and criminal justice. I also have a significant interest in becoming a teacher, particularly at the high school or university level.

Tell us about the teacher, coach or administrator who made a difference in your life:

My high school history teacher and thesis advisor Bill Topich has been incredibly instrumental in my development as an academic and a person. He has mentored me throughout high school and has instilled in me the value of resilience, perseverance and intellectual curiosity.
