Career goal: Upon graduating from college, I think I want to work as an engineer for a marine engine design company. Although I am unsure which field of engineering best suits me, I plan to explore the career opportunities available as either a mechanical or electrical engineer while taking my engineering classes. Without having taken any engineering courses, it is difficult to know specifically where I would like to work; however, I think I would enjoy a career with a marine engine company, working my way up to a design position. Whatever engineering path I decide upon, I plan to study for and obtain my professional engineer license.
