Newly founded nonprofit Little Rock Hat Club hosted their inaugural event, The Hat Club Crawfish Salute, at the River Market Pavilion. The evening included live music, raffles, a silent auction, beer and all-you-can-eat crawfish. All proceeds from the event benefited the Danny Scherry Memorial Scholarship Fund. Founded in 2009, the Hat Club is an organization created by a group of young Arkansans looking to expand their networks while giving back to the community.
