The fifth annual Crawfish Salute, presented by the Hat Club, featured all-you-can-eat crawfish, potatoes and corn, beverages, live music, raffle items, a silent auction and a “Crawtucky Derby” — a live crawfish race with prizes. The event was held at the River Market Pavilion and proceeds benefited the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at UAMS and the Little Rock Zoo.
