“Hamilton” fans, this is your shot.
Ahead of the show’s run at the Robinson Center next month, organizers have announced a digital lottery that will allow select patrons to purchase tickets to “Hamilton” for just $10 each.
A limited number of tickets will be available at the discounted price, only 40 per performance. The lottery will take place in two parts: part one will run 10 a.m. Jan. 28 through noon Feb. 3 for shows on Feb. 8-13, and the second lottery from 10 a.m. Feb. 4 through noon Feb. 10 for shows on Feb. 15-20.
Here’s how it works:
- Use the official app for “Hamilton” in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
- Winner and non-winner notifications will be sent between 1-4 p.m. every Thursday for the upcoming week’s performances via email and mobile push notification. Winners will have two hours to claim and pay for their ticket(s).
- No purchase or payment necessary to enter or participate.
- Each winning entrant may purchase up to two tickets.
- Only one entry per person. Repeat entries and disposable email addresses will be discarded.
- Lottery tickets may be picked up at will call beginning one hour prior to the performance with a valid photo ID.
- Lottery tickets void if resold.
- All times listed are in the local time zone.
