If you’re looking for the perfect creepy cocktail to help spook-ify your life, the folks at Colonial Wines & Spirits have you covered. (The “spirits” should’ve been your first clue.)
So whip up a cool, refreshing glass of Frankenstein’s Monster Juice and trick-or-treat yo’self this Halloween.
Frankenstein’s Monster Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Green Chartreuse
- 1.5 oz. fresh pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz. lime juice
- 1/4 tbsp. fresh rosemary leaf
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. Citadelle gin
- Fever Tree tonic water
- Lime wedge in bottom for garnish
Instructions:
Muddle the rosemary in simple syrup in bottom of shaker.
Add lime juice, pineapple juice, gin and Chartreuse together in shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into highball glass, top with Fever Tree tonic water and garnish with lime wedge.
Bonus: This monster mixture glows under black light!
