The Arkansas Arts Council sponsored the Governor’s Arts Awards annual luncheon at the Governor’s Mansion. Individuals and corporations were recognized for outstanding contributions to the arts in Arkansas. Each recipient was honored and received an original work of art created by Arkansas artist Kelly Edwards.
