On Monday, Aug. 29, Local Lime will host a dinner with Siembra Azul founder David Suro-Piñera where guests will try specialty cocktails from experts like Brett Bassett and learn all about Suro-Piñera’s story of creating small-batch, artisanal, premium tequila.

But we know what you’re thinking: It’s not just about the cocktails, it’s about how well the cocktails go with the food. That’s where Local Lime is already ahead of you. Chef Scott McGehee built an off-menu three-course dinner, with each one designed to pair perfectly with each featured tequila.
