MISSION:

At the Unity Health Foundation, we are on a special mission to improve the overall health of our entire service area. Our commitment to medical excellence and compassionate care drives our fundraising efforts and community outreach. By developing a lasting partnership with our community, we seek to preserve, sustain and develop Unity Health for years to come. Our foundation helps Unity Health hospitals and clinics acquire funds for renovations, state-of-the-art equipment and specialized projects that enhance patient care.

Filled with a spirit of servanthood, Unity Health associates and partners are committed to:

  • The continuous improvement of quality patient care
  • The maintenance of an adequate margin for reinvestment in new technology
  • Facility improvements
  • Human resources
  • A leadership role for positive change in the health care environment

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AND EVENTS:

  • Unity Health Foundation Day of Giving: Oct. 11, 2024
  • A Spirit of Unity Grateful Patient Day: May 16, 2025

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Pyeatt Family Cancer Center: Funds to support the purchase of needed technology investments and ensure cancer care is close to home
  • NICU: Contributions to fund the continued development of the newly established NICU at Unity Health-White County Medical Center
  • Scholarships & Education: Support for the Unity Health Graduate Medical Education program and scholarships for health care professionals
  • Community Fund: Contributions to support moving forward the mission of the organization among our community
