Giving Guide: Project Zero

MISSION:

An anonymous source said, “There are no unwanted children, just unfound families.” Project Zero agrees and has passionately connected forever families since 2011.

Currently there are around 150 children and teens in foster care waiting to be adopted in Arkansas. Project Zero’s goal is for there to be zero. PZ partners with the Arkansas Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to meet that goal by raising awareness about the need for adoptive families, by building hope in waiting kids and by helping connect them with the right forever families.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Sponsor short films that feature waiting children and teens and give them a voice.
  • Donations to help make Christmas and connection events special for every waiting child in Arkansas.
  • Say “yes” to adoption and change the trajectory of a child’s life.
  • Participate in Chasing Zero, a 5K & 1-mile fun run fundraiser on Sat., Nov. 7, 2026. (Details on Project Zero’s website under “Events” tab)
