Giving Guide: Project Zero

MISSION:

Currently there are 226 children and teens in foster care waiting to be adopted in Arkansas. Project Zero’s goal is for there to be zero.

PZ partners with Arkansas Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to meet that goal by raising awareness about the need for adoptive families, by building hope in waiting kids and by helping connect them with the right forever family.

An anonymous source said, “There are no unwanted children, just unfound families.” Project Zero agrees and is passionate about finding them.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Sponsor short films that feature waiting children and teens, and give them a voice
  • Donations to help make Christmas and connection events special for every waiting child in Arkansas
  • Say “yes” to adoption and change the trajectory of a child’s life
  • Participate in Chasing Zero, a 5K and 1 mile fun run fundraiser on Saturday, November 2, 2024. (See details)
