MISSION
In 1923, community leaders came together to form the local United Way, an organization committed to leadership, partnership and service. Today, Heart of Arkansas United Way is a vital force in building a strong community where everyone can thrive. United Way helps people invest in local solutions, bringing people together to meet the essential needs of neighbors, respond to disasters and invest in long-term solutions that build the future.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
• United Way Campaigns: Workplace Giving Campaigns are easier than ever. Engage your team in giving back through a customized pledging website or hold a traditional United Way campaign.
• Community Investment: The Community Investment Fund addresses the community’s greatest needs in education, financial stability and health. Gifts to the Community Investment Fund allow HAUW to make grants to support the work of more than 30 organizations in the community.
