MISSION:
United Way unleashes the caring power of donors, volunteers, companies, nonprofit organizations, and changemakers because we know we’ll go further together. We are committed to building a community where everyone thrives. We meet the needs that our neighbors face today, but we’re not comfortable stopping there. We invest in moving people to long-term stability, security, health and happiness, and we challenge the systems and practices that stand in the way.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:
- United Way Campaigns: Workplace Giving Campaigns are easier than ever. Engage your team in giving back through a customized pledging website or hold a traditional United Way campaign.
- Community Investment: The Community Investment Fund addresses the community’s greatest needs in education, financial stability and health. Gifts to the Community Investment Fund allow HAUW to make grants to support the work of more than 30 organizations in the community.
