MISSION:
Changing lives through education, training and employment is the mission of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas (GIA). Established in Little Rock in 1927 as a nonprofit, GIA serves the entire state of Arkansas. All funds raised stay in Arkansas to transform lives through educational programs like The Excel Center, the only high school for adults in the state, and The Academy, a licensed trade school offering skills, training and certifications. GIA also offers opportunities to individuals through its re-entry program and career services.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:
- Support for student needs, scholarships, career and re-entry services, and where most needed
- Capital support for expansion of school locations and infrastructure
