Giving Guide: Children’s Protection Center

MISSION

Children’s Protection Center (CPC) provides compassionate care to children and their families to overcome the trauma of abuse.

CPC is partnering with Jacksonville North Pulaski School District to bring services to child abuse victims in the North Pulaski County area. The District School Board recently pledged $250,000 toward a renovation of Pinewood Elementary, a former school building that will house CPC’s new location. The total cost for the CPC expansion and renovation project is $1.3 million, of which more than $850,000 has been raised, including the pledge from the district.
