Somebody up there must like us because Girl Scout Cookie Week is back on the menu for another year.
In honor of the glory of these treats, the Girl Scouts – Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas are teaming up wth some of the metro’s local restaurants to create a slew of sweet menu specials.
If you want to help support area scouts, here’s where you can get your hands on cookie-inspired treats Feb. 20-26.
- American Pie Pizza: Tagalong pizzookie
- Community Bakery: Toffee-tastic strawberry cheesecake (gluten free), Lemon-Up lime tart, Samoa latte, Thin Mint espresso and Samoa, Thin Mint and Tagalong cupcakes
- The Croissanterie: Adventureful, Samoa and Thin Mint croissants
- Loblolly Creamery: Thin Mint- and Samoa-flavored scoops
- Rosie’s Pot & Kettle: Adventureful cream pie
- ZAZA’s: various Girl Scout cookie gelatos
And before you ask, yes, the annual Big Orange shakes will be making a comeback, but not until March.
