Tickets are now on sale for the seventh annual Shine a Light on Literacy event benefiting Literacy Action of Central Arkansas.
This year’s event will be co-chaired by Adult Basic Literacy (ABL) student Sammy King and his wife Kathy, and will be held at the Albert Pike Masonic Center, located at 712 Scott Street, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sept. 10.
The evening will celebrate how Literacy Action is addressing low literacy issues in central Arkansas, while offering a chance for attendees to learn more about the organization.
Guests will enjoy libations, heavy hors d’oeuvers, music, a wine pull, and an auction.
TICKETS: $50 per person, $60 night of event
